Emergency Care Assistants

We are currently recruiting qualified Emergency Care Assistants (ECAs) to work on our emergency ambulances alongside our Paramedics and Technicians on the UK South Coast. We will also consider applications from those who meet our stringent employment criteria but do not currently hold the ECA qualification and would like to obtain it. For this, the company will provide the requisite training and the cost of training will be refunded by way of payroll deductions once on active duty with the company. Applications will be accepted, and interviews scheduled, with candidates who meet all the following requirements: Age: 23 years or older Driving Licence: Full driving licence held for a minimum of three years with less than four penalty points Health & character: Good health. Smart appearance. Friendly, patient-oriented focus CRB: Able to pass an enhanced CRB check References: Two checkable work-related references required Travel: Willing to work in the Southampton/Portsmouth area Shifts: Willing and able to work a mix of day and night shifts Internet/email: Access to email and internet.
